I've been working with these guys for 4 years now and they have always done excellent work. Erik is a great service advisor for me and I only trust these guys with my vehicles. They will always tell the truth about what needs to be done now and what can wait for a while.

Dan Antonelli and his team did a diagnostic of our Lexus GX470 and discovered our radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. They flushed the cooling system, cleaned the reservoir, and filled the system with new antifreeze. They also did a full oil change, and noticed that the battery terminals were corroded and replaced them with anticorrosive pads and seal connectors. All of this was reviewed with me on the phone prior to any work being done in order to receive my permission to proceed. Antonelli's is very professional in their communication and informative with their recommendations; they anticipate items to look for and monitor for future service. They are also very price conscious and do not try to recommend repairs/service that are not needed. I was impressed and appreciative that they took my car in very quickly with an appointment two days after I contacted them - they made time to analyze my car's issues, order the parts, and had them installed quickly. I highly recommend Dan Antonelli and his team for their experience, competitive pricing, and professionalism. The previous posting was done about 2 years ago (2023). Since then I have read all of the Google reviews and agree with them all - didn't see a bad one! Eric and his team have been taking care of our three cars (2000 Escalade with 250k miles, 2006 Infiniti M35x with 185k miles, and my 2006 Infiniti GX470 with 190K miles) for the past 7 years - none of our vehicles would have made it this long without the care and attention to detail provided by Dan Antonelli, Eric Hagen and their team. My experience was incredible. I took my Subaru Outback in because it was running roughly and loudly. I admitted I know nothing about cars and needed them to get my car running better on a fix budget. The manager Randy was honest and quick with the repair and worked with me to stay in my budget. A refreshing experience.

After my old mechanic retired, I had a problems finding a new shop that didn't screw me over but after some deliberation I choice to use Antonelli's and I am glad I did. Eric who helped me setup appointments for my truck and my sister's car was always helpful, gave daily updates and always called it something happened or if there would be delays for any reason. This shop is extremely friendly and professional plus even after I had to return because there was a issue with my door after they did some work on it, they didn't charge me because the issue was so small. Just brought in my 2016 Tahoe for a routine oil change. No issues and I love their newer system (couple years old) that sends a link to potential repairs with pictures. Antonelli’s has taken care of 4 of my vehicles over the past 5 years. The mechanics do great work. Brianna and Eric have helped with getting my cars in a timely manner, they are completed on time and on the off occasion, they have call when there is an unexpected delay. Eric, Randy and the mechanics ALWAYS take the time to listen to our symptoms, try to replicate them for resolution and show me what they have found. They stand by their work and have warranted parts when they have failed prematurely. They have helped with prioritizing servicing and repairs so costs can be flowed out for the year.

I am a new resident of Grand Junction having just moved here in the Fall of 2022. After initially trying a few other automotive businesses in town, I am glad to have settled in with Antonelli's for about two years now. I am very pleased with the entire staff and the level of customer service. The pricing and service they perform is as they indicate upfront. Eric Hagen the Service Advisor is always pleasant to work with and does a very good job of explaining any needed services and why they are needed, rather than just indicating the work should be done. He will work with you on prioritizing what is needed so as to work within your budget and timeline. This is definitely a business that I have and will continue to recommend to anyone.

When I moved to Grand Junction 4 years ago, I looked long and hard for a trustworthy repair shop that would treat my 2016 Tacoma like it was their own. I’m very conscientious about keeping service up to date and I was looking for a repair shop that was trustworthy, high quality and affordable. Antonelli’s was the shop recommended by everyone I talked to. After a quick trip down to the shop to meet Dan the owner and discuss my needs I decided to give them a try. I have never looked back. They are hands down the best Automotive shop I’ve ever worked with in my 55 years of automotive ownership. Over the 4 years of working with them, I’ve also supported Dan’s service projects and community projects. They are all about giving back to their community. Food drives, warm clothing drives, trail building, and car giveaways for needy families. They do it all!

Everyone I’ve worked with there is top notch. Estimates are always spot on and Eric, who runs the front office can trouble shoot just about anything. I’ve brought family members and friends in to the shop and like me, they have all been pleasantly surprised to find such a high quality shop that is so honest and reasonable. If I was a betting man, I would wager my life savings on this shop!

I brought my truck in for repair. The staff was very helpful and got it back to me quickly. Shortly, after I needed to bring it back and the staff went out of their way to help me, gave me updates, explain the services. They even helped me by loaning me a car until my truck was fixed. I was able to continue to work and care for my kids while they worked on my truck. They were very responsive and generous with their services. Highly recommend.

I had my Hyundai Santa Fe towed here after being stranded. Within 5 hours the problem was fixed, at an unbelievable price. The service was great and they even did a comprehensive check on the whole car, for free, and sent it via email with a lot of information. This is a great shop and I would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric and the team at Antonelli’s! I’ve used them before for an issue with my car before so I had good faith that they’d be able to help me out again. My tire rod end broke off when I was dropping my son off at school. They made the repair process so smooth and easy. I had the car towed there and they were able to look at it, repair it, and get it back to me in two days. I work crazy hours and they worked with me to make the payment and pick up so convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for all your help!

Thorough, honest, considerate. My family and I were on a road trip from Oregon this Summer. On our way home, we snapped a bracket on the sway bar of our '01 Cherokee about 20 mi. from Grand Junction. I called Antonelli's about 5 min before they opened for the morning, and they squeezed us in. They couldn't get a new part soon enough to keep us on track, so they welded and re-fabricated our bracket. They entertained our 3 kids, moved quickly to let us know our options, and creative in finding solutions to keep us on track for our trip home. We were back on the road in under 2 hours.

I have brought a variety of cars here over the years, and they have always had reasonable prices. They are very transparent about the pricing as well, and will talk to you about any additional problems BEFORE they fix it and add it to your bill.

"Antonelli's Auto are life-savers! Our daughter's vehicle survived the long trip from KC, only to begin acting up once we reached Grand Junction. Loud squealing and grinding when braking (ultimately resulting in a locked up break shoe) led us in a desperate search for a reputable auto repair shop. Fortunately, a counselor at CMU who has lived here for most of her life recommended Antonelli's. After successfully making our way to the shop, Katrina and crew welcomed us like family. They checked out our vehicle and provided us with not only a fair quote but used their van to take us to and from a local restaurant so that we could grab lunch while they worked. They provided a safety check plus repaired our vehicle within 3 hours. Our daughter will now be able to take her vehicle for regular servicing to a shop we trust. They immediately got started on our truck, and recommended a (dog friendly) place to stay, that was within walking distance of several restaurants. We were even given a ride to our hotel. "Despite having replaced the power steering pump before our cross-country trip, we started having power steering and brake problems in our "vintage" '94 Camry wagon. During a planned stop in Grand Junction, we called Antonelli's based on the great Yelp reviews. They kindly worked us into their schedule, checked out the Camry thoroughly (!) and gave us the diagnosis: the new pump was shot due to an incomplete flush during installation that left the system full of gunk and minute metal shavings. The brakes were simply a matter of rotating the rotors. Antonelli's ordered the replacement power steering pump, reservoir, filters, etc., which arrived the next day and finished the job as quickly as possible. This was not a cheap repair, but they did the work quickly and efficiently at a fair price, and dropped us at our hotel and picked us up again once the repair was finished. The service reps (Brad and Amy) are friendly and very knowledgeable; both took the time to explain what the repairs would require and why; the whole crew went out of their way to take care of a "passing through" customer and made us feel like we were one of their regulars. The service tech saved the old reservoir to ensure that we could see why our new pump failed, and the service notes included a detailed explanation of the problem in case we wanted to ask for a refund from the prior servicing.

Found this repair shop in the morning and they did their best to get my car diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible so I could continue my trip to California. They did a phenomenal job and had my car done by the end of the work day. I was back on the road heading back to California within 6 hours of dropping my car off (later diagnosed as a foul spark plug). I highly recommend Antonelli's."

Based on reviews and the company's own statements on their website, I determined that Antonelli's exhibited the same qualities I value in my own hometown mechanic: thorough diagnostic skill, reliable service, affordability, not selling people on things they don't need, and the willingness to make things right in the event of a mistake. Basically, I value competency and integrity.

These things mattered to me when our family was facing car problems in the middle of our family vacation last week. Unwilling to risk pushing on to Utah, we headed to Grand Junction to find a mechanic. Even though our hotel was across town (and across the street from another mechanic), I brought our 2006 Pathfinder to Antonelli's for repair.

It ended up being a simple fix, but they took the extra time and effort to ensure there were no other contributing factors to our issue. And the final bill, even though our car was in their shop for quite some time, was very affordable. Bonus: although courtesy rides are not advertised, I requested one back to our hotel when I dropped the car off, and they were happy to oblige.

Expecting the most from Antonelli's, I was not disappointed. And from whay I overheard of their interactions with other customers while I was in the lobby, good service appears to be the norm for them, not the exception.
